There is one thing we can all agree on: Times are tough for everyone right now. Instead of thinking about vacations, we’re all  focused on staying home, staying safe if we must travel, and keeping those we love nearby.

So, we want you to know that HomeSlice Stays is committed to the level of service we always provide for our premium vacation home rentals – and then some. To give our guests peace of mind, we’re going the extra mile in housekeeping, disinfecting and extended breaks between stays.

Bottom line: We’re open! And, we’ve expanded our reach in the cities we serve – Austin, Seattle, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Gilbert. We are catering to longer-term stays and focusing on the needs of traveling medical staff, displaced families, students, and sports professionals. As an expert in short-term rentals, hospitality management, and elite concierge services – with consistent five-star reviews – HomeSlice Stays is dedicated to providing a safe haven for those who need it.

During the COVID-19 crisis, the needs have changed, so we are changing to focus on filling those needs. One way we’ve pivoted to fulfill those is by going live on new channels. Since March 10, we have added one new booking channel per week, specifically focusing on mid-term stays. This adds to the 200+ channels where our properties are currently available to book, including but not limited to the “big dogs” like Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, etc.

The need for a safe, convenient place to stay is clear, too. There are a tremendous number of people who are in need of comfortable, classy, and centrally located accommodations. Whether you are relocating, serving the sick, responding to emergencies, uprooted from your student housing, displaced as an athlete, or seeking refuge away from the hardest hit cities, we’ve got you covered. Our short-term and mid-term rentals include easy parking, on-demand cleaning (meaning, you can have your rental cleaned throughout your stay if you wish), and workspaces with high-speed internet so you can keep getting your job done. Many places are also pet-friendly, and there is flexible scheduling for bookings.

If you’ve happened upon us in search of a place to stay, you can have peace of mind that your health and well-being are our first priority. As guidelines for COVID-19 are changing frequently, HomeSlice Stays is diligent in staying up to date with regulations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization to best service our guests.

Since the coronavirus can’t live on any surfaces for more than three days, we have spread our stays further apart to create a buffer that ensures safety. Additionally, all homes are cleaned and disinfected with products that the Environmental Protection Agency deems effective against the coronavirus. While the entire home is cleaned and disinfected, including hard surfaces, soft surfaces like rugs and drapes, and linens, special attention is also paid to all frequently touched surfaces such as: doorknobs, remote controls, light switches, appliances, keys and much more.

Beyond cleaning the home itself, HomeSlice Stays’ on-call concierge service will even sanitize the car you want to rent – and take care of the car rental logistics for you – before you drive the car. This way, any space in which you occupy will give you peace of mind when you need it most.

Each HomeSlice Stays rental property is well-stocked with grocery staples including coffee, eggs, paper goods, soap, and more. Other specific items can be requested and the concierge will stock it prior to your arrival, plus additional requests can be made throughout the duration of your stay. To ensure sanitation, all groceries are shopped for and stocked with masks and gloves.

During this uncertain time, we hope to give you a big virtual hug that lets you know you’re not alone. We’re all in this together. If you need us, we’re here, so reach out and let us take some of the stress away.

Oh, and if you’re a homeowner, our team would love to speak with you about bringing your amazing home under our capable wings to make it more accessible and extra-safe for guests.
