This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood perfect for our family vacation. We had a one year old and were pleasantly surprised to see they had a high chair ready to use! We had to brave Arizona in August due to an event we had to attend. The temperatures were higher than normal. Ellie was able to quickly get a large powerful fan to help make the stay was even more comfortable for our family. She was also attentive to check in after we received the fan to make sure it helped. There was also a power outage on the block that lasted a few hours. Ellie updated us regularly on the status of the repairs until service was restored. Even though this was out of her control and late in the evening she was still concerned and continually checked in. Moral of the story when life throws you lemons on your vacation, you can rely on Ellie to make sure nothing puts a hamper on your holiday making sure our stay was the best it could possibly be.
