Hi, I’m Ellie, founder of HomeSlice Stays. I started HomeSlice because I saw too many great homes being treated like commodities instead of valuable investments. After 11 years managing luxury vacation homes, boutique short-term rentals, and long-term properties across Arizona, I built HomeSlice to be different: small, hands-on, and focused on quality over volume. We intentionally keep our portfolio limited so every home gets personalized attention, from dynamic pricing and proactive maintenance to elevated guest experiences that drive five-star reviews and repeat bookings year after year. Because I’m local to Arizona, I’m personally involved when things matter. I know the neighborhoods, vendors, HOAs, and what today’s travelers expect when booking in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tucson. Before hospitality, I trained as a professional chef in Seattle and Washington D.C., where I learned that exceptional experiences come down to the details most people overlook. I bring that same mindset into every property we manage. I’m also a licensed pilot currently pursuing my instrument rating, which probably explains my obsession with systems, organization, and doing things the right way.
