I'm Ellie Paget, the founder and owner of HomeSlice Stays. I want to say that large estates don't fail as short term rentals because owners pick the wrong listing photos. They underperform, or get damaged, because they're handed to a call center that manages a thousand "units" and sees your home as one of them.
That's not how I work.
I built HomeSlice Stays so a small number of exceptional Paradise Valley homes could be cared for the way I'd want my own to be: with discretion, genuine attention, and the operational standards of a five-star hotel. After more than a decade managing luxury estates here, and 25 years between my team and me in hospitality and high-end homes, I've learned that the details are the whole job and that owners want a real person who picks up the phone. With me, that person is me.
