Ellie Paget is the founder of HomeSlice Stays, a boutique vacation rental management firm recognized for disciplined operations, refined hospitality, and consistent performance. With over 13 years of experience managing vacation rentals, Ellie helps homeowners enjoy profitable, hands-free ownership while preserving the character and long-term value of their homes.
Raised between Seattle and Florida, and later living in Washington, DC, Ellie brings a broad, design conscious perspective to hospitality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon, informing a nuanced understanding of guest behavior, experience design, and decision making. Her work with National Geographic further shaped her appreciation for place, storytelling, and thoughtful presentation principles that carry through every property under management.
A licensed real estate agent with Engel & Völkers (Washington, DC), and a licensed private pilot, Ellie approaches management with precision, systems thinking, and calm execution. She relocated to Arizona in 2018, where she now lives with her husband, including four children and two golden retrievers, and leads HomeSlice Stays with a steady focus on performance, stewardship, and care.
